Hello, lovely community! I’m thrilled to share some incredible news with you all! In 2023, I, Marianne, was deeply honored to receive the esteemed “Community Partner” Award from Theatre Roundtable. This recognition means the world to me, as it celebrates our collective dedication to making a difference through impactful fundraising efforts.
The “Community Partner” Award acknowledges my commitment to supporting theater companies and individual artists, as well as my efforts in empowering important causes. It’s a testament to the power of collaboration and the positive impact we can create when we come together to support what matters most.
At “Fundraising with Marianne,” my journey has been one of passion and purpose. With 7 years of experience supporting ovarian cancer awareness and survivors and 5 years of helping small theater companies fundraise, I’ve strived to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
My background in Corporate America for 30 years, including a decade as a Scrum Master (aka Agility Lead), has enriched my fundraising endeavors. These invaluable skills, such as effective collaboration, adaptability, and time management, allow me to create unforgettable experiences for our community.
This award is not just a recognition of past achievements, but also a driving force for future endeavors. I’m committed to continuing this journey of impact, empowering diverse communities, and making a positive difference in the world through the power of fundraising.
